Rental Process

Thank you for your interest! Here's how to apply for one of our rental properties:

1. Submit Application

  • Complete the online form for each applicant over 18.
  • No SSN? Enter all zeros.
  • Don't see the unit you want? Select “Not sure — I'll pick a property later.”
  • No account needed to apply.
  • Note: Rent prices listed online may not be up to date.

2. Pay Application Fee

  • A $62 non-refundable fee is required per applicant.

3. Tenant Screening

  • Applicants with SSNs will receive an email to authorize screening.

4. Submit Supporting Documents

After screening approval, submit the following documents either through your online account (if created) or email to hrpassociatesllc@gmail.com with your full name in the subject line:

  • If employed: Latest paystub or job offer letter.
  • If not employed: either a co-signer, or a bank statement showing 40× monthly rent in your name.
  • If using a co-signer: co-signer must provide a paystub or bank statement showing 80× monthly rent.
  • Foreign students: Upload your I-20 form.
  • Bank statements must show: name, address, balance, date, and bank name. You can redact the account number.

5. Sign Lease Online

  • Approved applicants will receive lease documents via Dotloop for electronic signatures.

6. Make Initial Payment

  • Includes first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit (usually equal to one month's rent).
  • For 365–367 Harvard St, the deposit is $3,000 per apartment.

7. Lease Finalization

  • Once payment is received, the lease is signed by the landlord rep.
  • You'll receive the final lease and receipts via email.
